I have a Masters in organisational development, and a further qualification in executive coaching and leadership and have been coaching for over 10 years.
I have a wealth of knowledge in group dynamics and personal behaviours that helps me to understand and explore organisations, teams and individuals.
Many years ago, I found myself being drawn towards helping people learn - about the world around them, but also about themselves. This desire to help has influenced my career choices and remains my primary motivator.
This has been supported by my life experiences as a husband, step-father and, most recently, grandfather. All of which has helped me to appreciate the value of humility and fairness and develop an increasing ability to accept change and ambiguity. I believe this provides me with a solid foundation from which to help others.
